Kundapur-style malisukka

 Ingredients of malisukka:


1}onion

2}Tomatoes

3}Ginger garlic paste

4}Tamarind Water

5}2- Green chillies

6}coconut

7}1/2 tsp turmeric powder

8} Salt to taste

Prepare the sukka powder:

1}Some pepper, coriander, cumin seeds, flakes, cloves, a little neem leaves, dry pepper, a little garlic, etc. should be roasted in oil. After garam, put it in the mixie and prepare the powder.

Prepare the main dish:

1}One onion, one tomato, and two or three green chillies should be soaked in the oil. Then add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, salt to taste and some water and cook well. After cooking, add the 1/2 a teaspoon of turmeric powder, salt to taste, and prepared wrinkled powder. Then cook a little on a heated flame.

2}Then the delicious Kundapura style of slipping sukka is ready to taste.
