 how to make Bhootai Rava Fish Fry

Ingredients:

1}1/2kg bhootai fish

2}1 tsp turmeric powder

3}2-3 tablespoons of chilli powde

4} Tamarind juice

5}Ginger garlic paste

6}1 teaspoon of salt


Method of doing-

1}Take bhootai fish on a plate

2}On the other plate, take two tablespoons of chilli powder, one teaspoon of turmeric powder, tamarind juice, and a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, and salt to taste and mix.

3}This mixture should be mixed with the fish. And after 10 minutes the masala is fully mixed with the fish, the rava should touch the fish. Then take the tava and heat the fish with some coconut oil after it is heated.

4}The delicious bhootai fish fry is ready to taste.
