The Kudroli Gokarnanatheshwara Temple can be found in Mangalore. Sri Kshetra Kudroli Gokarnanatheshwara Temple is located at a distance of 2 km from the city centre of Mangalore. The temple was built in 1912. It was consecrated by Narayana Guru, also known as Krantipurusha. It is called Gokarnanath, a form of Lord Shiva. It is a kind of attractive place for tourists. This temple is one of the important temples in the city.The temple is also known as the "Golden Temple" of Karnataka. The temple, which has always been filled with devotees, was recently constructed in a grand manner. The temple is very beautiful and magnificent to see. Thousands of devotees have darshan of the deity and eat the prasadam of the deity. In front of the temple are statues of two gigantic elephants welcoming the devotees. The spacious gopurams have sculptures of gods and goddesses, including Ishvara and Sivaganas. Gokarnanatheshwara is installed in the sanctum sanctorum.
The next temple is the Sai Baba temple. There is a kalyana mandapam near the temple which is very beautiful and magnificent to look at. The next temple is the temple of Sri Krishna. It is a place of peace for the mind of the devotees. It also gives peace of mind. There is a mandapa made of wood at the back of the temple and two eyes are not enough to see it. If you take a pradana to the temple, you will find a park on the left side. The park is full of lush greenery. The lake in the outer courtyard is very beautiful for look.
